In accurate mass measurement, please show the molecular formula of the sample and the calculated exact mass (in the case of FAB, the mass protonated ion is also required).
For the measurement sample, prepare about 1mL of a solution of about 0.01mol/L for EI. For FAB, please prepare about 100 mg without dissolving the sample. We use Glycerin, m-nitrobenzyl alcohol (NBA), polyethylene glycol (PEG) as a typical FAB matrix.
